(L.A.) Marco Lopez-Arias, 43, Died in a Pickup Truck

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred inside a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Marco Lopez-Arias.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head and Neck

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday morning.

The decedent was found fatally shot in the driver’s seat of a black pickup truck in East L.A.

LASD had responded to the scene at around 10:00 a.m.

The vehicle was parked near Telegraph Road and South Woods Avenue, just off the 5 Freeway.
