(L.A.) Malka Locker, 24, Died From PCP Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the young woman as Malka Locker.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Idiopathic Epilepsy

Other Significant Condition: Effect of Phencyclidine (Clinical)

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
