Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Madison Elsey.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Effects
