The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Velazquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:10 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
