(L.A.) Luis Ocampo Perez, 31, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Ocampo Perez.

Cause of Death: Combined Effect of Alcohol and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:26 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.
