Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Lara Romero.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 2:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
