(L.A.) Luis Hernandez Jr., 32, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latin American mal who passed away at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Luis Hernandez Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP LUIS HERNANDEZ JR. (November 4, 1990 – March 4, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:03 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Luis Hernandez” in public records.
