Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lucas Merle.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine, Ketamine, and Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy and Physical Restraint

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:01 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 25/26, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
