Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her residence on Deeboyar Avenue in Lakewood.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Loretta Wagner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Mixed Drug Toxicity (Fentanyl, Methamphetamine)
