(L.A.) Lexus Gutierrez, 22, Died From Gunshots

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her place of residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lexus Gutierrez.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wounds

RIP LEXUS M. GUTIERREZ (October 9, 2001 – January 21, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:29 a.m.

The decedent had been sitting in a car on a street in East Los Angeles when she was killed by a drive-by shooter.

A candlelight vigil is scheduled for January 23 (Tuesday) from 4:30 p.m. at 601 South Humphreys Avenue, East Los Angeles, CA 90022.
