(L.A.) Lawrence Lee, 68, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Lawrence Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methadone, and Lorazepam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:39 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Lawrence Lee” in public records.
