Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a freeway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lance Lott.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Traumatic Injuries

The decedent was fatally struck by a vehicle on the Golden State (5) Freeway at the Castaic Scales in Santa Clarita.

The crash on the northbound freeway occurred at about 2:50 a.m. on Saturday and involved a white van. No other details were provided by California Highway Patrol.
