Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 95-year-old female of Asian ethnicity that occurred in an assisted living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lai Hing Lui.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hemorrhage from Upper Extremity Dialysis Access Site

Cause of Death B: End Stage Renal Disease

Cause of Death C: Hypertensive Renal Disease
