LA County Vaccination Rates By Race/Ethnicity

Vaccination data from the California Immunization Registry (CAIR) are presented for LA County residents 12 years of age and older who have been vaccinated with at least one dose and for whom both age and race/ethnicity data are available.

According to data provided by L.A. County Public Health, as of late September, less than 55 percent of Blacks and 63 percent of Hispanics have been vaccinated against COVID, while 82 percent of Asians and 72 percent of Whites have already been inoculated.

Residents of the cities of Pasadena and Long Beach are not included in the dataset.

Population data for vaccination percentages are from July 1, 2019.
