Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 16-year-old White/Caucasian female who passed away in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the teenage girl as Kyleigh Rippel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
