Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Knacio Moore Jr.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:43 p.m.

The government investigator noted that the decedent had no fixed abode.
