Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Asian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kishia Hayer.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Barraca.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:26 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
