Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kevin Spencer.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP KEVIN SPENCER (March 25, 1979 – December 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:52 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 6, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
