Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Kevin Green.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP KEVIN GREEN (1986 – October 6, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
