The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kerstin Davies.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Anoxic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Cause of Death C: Complications of Liposuction Procedure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 4:36 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 15.
