(L.A.) Kenyi Flores, 28, Died From a Coke OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Kenyi Flores.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: History of Congestive Heart Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:44 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-April, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent was a working comedian professionally known as Ken Flores. He moved from Chicago to LA in 2023.
