(L.A.) Kenya Wayman, 54, Died in a Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a park.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kenya Wayman.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Phencyclidine, and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:05 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
She was dumped in a park.
