The coroner’s office identified the man as Kenneth Hawkins.

Height: 6 feet tall / Weight: 190 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertensive Heart Disease, Diabetes, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
