Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kelly MacNeil.

Cause of Death: Effects Of Multiple Drugs (Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Benztropine, Fluoxetine, Hydroxyzine, Quetiapine)

Other Significant Condition: Recent Clonazepam Ingestion

RIP KELLY MACNEIL (November 3, 1980 – August 18, 2019)

Clonazepam, sold under the brand names Klonopin and Rivotril, is a medication used to prevent and treat seizures, panic disorder, anxiety disorders, and the movement disorder known as akathisia. It is a tranquilizer of the benzodiazepine class.

Fluoxetine, sold under the brand names Prozac and Sarafem, among others, is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class.

Hydroxyzine, sold under the brand names Atarax, Vistaril and others, is an antihistamine medication. It is used in the treatment of itchiness, insomnia, anxiety, and nausea, including that due to motion sickness. It is used either by mouth or injection into a muscle.
