(L.A.) Kelly Gill, 61, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s officeidentified the woman as Kelly Gill.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, Phencyclidine, and Methamphetamine

RIP KELLY C GILL (July 9, 1963 – June 10, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
