Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Keith Spencer.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Complications of Acute Polysubstance Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Septic Shock, Polysubstance Abuse
