Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Katrina Nettles.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:55 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
