RIP KATHLEEN DENISE STEGMAN-WISE (April 29, 1986 – March 24, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:55 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug. Nortriptyline, sold under the brand name Pamelor, among others, is a medication used to treat depression. The DME decided this was an accidental overdose and not a suicide or homicide.

The decedent was predeceased by younger sister Sarah Todd. She is survived by parents Daphne Stegman and John Wise, and older sister Mirren Louise Hatfield.
