(L.A.) Kassandra Arevaloz, 29, Died in Torrance

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence in Torrance.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kassandra Arevaloz. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Garcia.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Sharp-Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:11 a.m.
Torrance police officers were sent to the 23700 block of Western Avenue at about 6:00 a.m. for “a female down inside the residence.”
Upon arrival, officers searched the home and discovered an adult female deceased inside. There were no additional victims located at that time.

The decedent was the girlfriend of Avante Rose, who would later kill himself.
