Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk in Woodland Hills.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kamryn Hulett.

Blonde hair. Blue eyes. Height: 5 feet 5 inches. Weight: 125 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Benzylfentanyl, and Methamphetamine
