Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Justin Walter.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Ethanol Toxicity

In the same vein, rapper Lexii Alijai died due to mixed fentanyl and ethanol toxicity in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office released a press statement confirming the cause of death. It is believed that Alijai’s death was an accidental overdose. Alijai was only 21 and still building her career when she was found dead in Minneapolis on January 1, 2020.
