(L.A.) Justin Jay, 40, Died at a Freeway On-Ramp

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old male of Hispanic/Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a freeway on-ramp.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Justin Jay.

Manner and cause of death have not yet been determined; the information will be added to this page as soon as it becomes available.
