(L.A.) Juan Zamora, 39, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Hispanic/Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Zamora.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:13 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
