(L.A.) Juan Serrano, 54, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Serrano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP JUAN SERRANO (October 31, 1968 – June 19, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:59 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug. This was an accidental overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Juan Serrano” in public records.
