(L.A.) Juan Giovanni Yax Baquiax, 23, Died in Winnetka

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Latin American male that occurred at his apartment residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Juan Giovanni Yax Baquiax.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Alcoholic Intoxication

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves. This was an acute case of alcohol poisoning.

The decedent appears to have been Guatemalan. He drank too much in a short period of time.
