(L.A.) Juan Garcia Jr., 31, Died at a Shelter

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred at a shelter.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Garcia Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effecs of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP JUAN GARCIA JR. (June 14, 1993 – September 15, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 2:05 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
