Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Cruz Galicia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Coronary Atherosclerosis
