The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Joyce Schwartz.

Cause of Death A: Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Cause of Death B: Complications of Ground-Level Fall From Bed
Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Dementia, Neuropathy, Hypothyroidism, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), Remote History of Breast Cancer
