(L.A.) Josiah Operin, 25, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Josiah Operin.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:12 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
Josiah Operin was my youngest son and I am at such a loss right now. I miss him very much and am heartbroken to learn he was found on the sidewalk. May he rest in power with his Dad and G and may his memory be for a blessing.
