(L.A.) Joshua Orozco, 35, Died From Gunshots

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Joshua Orozco.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

RIP JOSHUA IAN OROZCO (June 7, 1990 – September 2, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The decedent was an incarcerated gang member who was at a reentry program near MacArthur Park in Westlake. He was taken out by a civilian in broad daylight mid-morning.
