Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred in a motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joshua McNeese.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:15 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
