Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joshua Carmona of Pomona, California.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

RIP JOSHUA CARMONA (September 6, 2005 – December 23, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:23 a.m.

Pomona Police Department officers had responded at around 2:05 a.m. to San Antonio and Patterson avenues and found Carmona suffering from severe injuries. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
