Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Vollaire.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Hydrocodone, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
