(L.A.) Joseph Sotello, 66, Died From a Meth OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Joseph Sotello.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:53 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late December, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
