(L.A.) Joseph Saad, 43, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Saad.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:44 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
