(L.A.) Jose Rodriguez Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Rodriguez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP JOSE RODRIGUEZ (December 19, 1995 – August 19, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:34 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

The Department of Medical Examiner had misspelled the decedent’s surname as Rodirguez during the initial announcement on August 19.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Jose Rodriguez” in public records.
