(L.A.) Jose Muñoz, 45, Died from Meth

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Muñoz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:49 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Jose Munoz” in public records.
