The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Escamilla Moreno.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and History of Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
