Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Carranza.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:07 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
