(L.A.) Jorge Guerrero Hurtado, 43, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Jorge Guerrero Hurtado.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:32 p.m.
The decedent was riding an electric bicycle in the Mid-Wilshire area when he was hit by a vehicle whose driver then fired a gun.
NBC4 reported that the victim was found next to a bicycle in front of a residence, suffering from at least five gunshot wounds.
Incident location was the 900 block of South Victoria Avenue, near Crenshaw and Olympic boulevards.
Marvin Magana, 50, was later arrested for this crime, as well as for the murder of a 38-year-old female who was found lifeless inside a vehicle in the 800 block of South Berendo Street in Koreatown. His bail is set at six million dollars. He is being held at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility with a court date on December 4.
